As part of its 2024–2025 fit-out, the project required a complete supply of both loose and fixed furniture across all 223 guest rooms — headboards, wardrobes, bedside tables, sofas, coffee tables, TV background panels, mini bars, entry doors, and decorative wall panels. Shangdian Hotel Furniture was appointed as the primary furniture contractor. The scope covered full design coordination, material sample approval, shop drawing confirmation, factory production, and multi-batch international shipment to India.
From Concept to Confirmed Shop Drawings
Every detail of this project went through a rigorous, multi-stage design and approval workflow. The client’s design consultant, Sapthanaah Consultants Private Limited (Mumbai), reviewed and signed off on all materials, finishes, and technical drawings before production began.

Material samples were physically submitted, reviewed, and approved by the client’s consultant before any production commenced. This ensures colour accuracy, finish consistency, and compliance with the project’s specification requirements.
223 Rooms of Furniture — Produced In-House at Shangdian’s Foshan Factory
All furniture was manufactured at Shangdian’s 50,000 sqm production facility in Foshan, Guangdong — one of China’s primary furniture manufacturing hubs. With 255 skilled technical workers and dedicated production zones for each stage, the factory handled the full volume without subcontracting.
Each production stage was photographed and documented in a formal Production Report sent to the client. This includes raw material inspection, semi-finished components, assembled pieces, and pre-packing QC checks — providing full visibility and traceability before goods leave the factory.
